Leiah Drew-Hightower

MA, LPC-MHSP

Leiah Drew-Hightower is a Licensed Professional Counselor with Mental Health Service Provider status. She is also trained in applied behavior analysis. Leiah is the owner and operator of The Therapeutic Studio, LLC, with over 20 years of experience in integrated services and a focus on Neurodiversity. Leiah began her career at The Kings’ Daughters’ Center for Autism (KDS CFA) as the Assistant Director. Afterward, she provided group and individual therapy in Williamson County Schools and advanced to the position of Director of a School-based Therapeutic Program. 


Now in practice and available to the community, Leiah is passionate about supporting all individuals to live in their truest self. Leiah provides in therapy through several evidenced-based practices, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, BrainSpotting, Internal Family Systems, play therapy, and behavioral modification. She believes in the power of "wrap-around services" and can coordinate care with medical, school, and other community-based providers.

Gabriela Aguirre-Iriarte

MS. MA, LPC-MHSP, RPT-S 

Gaby is a Licensed Professional Counselor with Mental Health Service Provider designation (LPC-MHSP) in the state of Tennessee and a Registered Play Therapist Supervisor (RPT-S). Gaby received her Master of science in Clinical Psychology from the Universidad de Tarapacá, and a Master of Arts in Social-Community Psychology from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.  She is bilingual and is a native of Chile, and moved to the US in her 20’s. Thus, having ample experience navigating the multicultural issues that accompany assimilating to a new culture. 

With over 25 years of experience working in the field, Gaby is a Play Therapist at heart.  Gaby is an expert in working with children, adolescents and their families using different modalities including: play therapy, expressive arts and sandplay. Gaby is trauma informed therefore always following a strengths-based and developmental approach.


Gaby serves clients at our office located at 1325 West Main Street, Frankin, Tn. 37064. 

Allison Battles

MA, LPC-MHSP

Allison Battles is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Mental Health Service Provider. She is committed to helping individuals and families learn their process for healing, growth, and change. Allison focuses on targeting and adjusting ineffective behaviors, habits, and beliefs. She truly believes that families are the experts in their own healing. Allison possesses a collaborative and integrative approach in helping clients reach their goals. 


Allison is also incredibly passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals and their families and helping them overcome systemic barriers. Using a prescriptive approach for treatment, Allison engages in therapy through several evidenced-based practices, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, BrainSpotting, EMDR, play therapy, and behavioral modification.

Samantha Lacheta

MA, LPC-MHSP 

Samantha is driven by her passion to serve and help others. She believes in helping clients to develop skills to live their best life individually and with others. She believes in treating each person holistically, from a non-judgmental, empathetic, open-minded, place of hope and healing.

 

Samantha specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Training (DBT) informed treatment. She also utilizes other techniques for an eclectic approach to each client. Additionally, Samantha is a Certified Pre-Marital and Marriage Counseling SYMBIS Facilitator.


Samantha works with ages 11 years through adulthood. Her areas of focus include adult and adolescent HFA/Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)/Asperger’s Syndrome, neurodiversity, trauma, depression, parenting, anxiety, marriage/couple’s counseling, and other adolescent and adult life issues.


In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two teenagers, cooking, serving at church, and traveling.

Andria Jordan-Myers

MA, LCSW

Andria has a B.S., from the University of Tennessee Knoxville in Anthropology and a M.S. from the University of Tennessee-Nashville in Social Work! She is a licensed clinical social worker who is passionate about mental health, family, building community, and helping others improve their own well-being. 


Andria has experience in working with a wide variety of behavioral health issues across the lifespan in both outpatient and inpatient settings. 


Andria has a special interest in working with adults and parents wishing to move through anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal conflict towards a greater sense of peace and joy. 


Andria also enjoys working with blended families, parenting and coparenting through strengthening their family systems. As well as helping others through find healthy copes, specifically in mindfulness-based somatic experiencing practices. 


She is SAFE-EMDR certified and ARC certified, and she remains committed to learning new and innovative therapeutic modalities.


Andria is a mama of 5 within her own blended family, and she knows firsthand the joys and challenges that can bring. Andria enjoys wholistic eating, exploring the outdoors, yoga, reading a good book, and exploring nature with her husband and children.

LaDona Pierce

MS, LPC-MHSP

LaDona is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Mental Health Service Provider. She received her BS in Psychology and a minor in Sociology from Tennessee State University. She completed her MS in Couseling Psychology from Tennessee State University. She is a Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider.

LaDona began her career working with adolescents in a psychiatric inpatient hospital and then took a position as a therapist at a community mental health center, working with children, adolescents, and adults. LaDona has experience working with adolescent males within a residential setting. 

She has a strong passion for integrative care which led to her certifications in nutrition, health and wellness, in order to gain a better understand of how physical health and eating habits can impact one’s overall mental health. She supports the whole person, both physically and mentally.

In LaDona's free time she enjoys being physically cooking and finding fun health recipes to help promote a health lifestyle. She also enjoys lifting weights, running, and staying active.

Haley Rittenhouse

MA, LPC-MHSP, ATR-BC

Haley Rittenhouse is a board certified art therapist, licensed clinical counselor, and mom of three. 


She has 15 years of experience in treating children and adolescents who experience anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, grief, and trauma. Haley uses a collaborative, person-centered approach with a focus on authenticity, hope, and personal empowerment. 


Haley specializes in art therapy, an evidence-based treatment that involves applied psychological theory, active art-making, creative process, and human experience to enrich the lives of individuals and families. 


Haley is also trained in dialectical behavior therapy, EMDR, Brainspotting, play therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy. Haley integrates one or more of these therapies to meet each person’s unique needs and goals.

Hannah Sweeney

MA, MMFT

Hannah Sweeny is a master's level marriage and family therapist, MMFT. She is a proud Middle TN native who has been working in various mental health settings for over 10 years. She has a BS in Psychology and Psychobiology from Centre College and a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Trevecca Nazarene University. Hannah is currently pursuing full licensure under Karen Brinmeyer, LMFT and AAMFT Approved Supervisor. 

Hannah joins us with extensive experience in providing home-based counseling services, inpatient psychiatric care, and community based mental health services. She has a special interest in working with children and teenagers, as well as strengthening parent and child bonds. Hannah is always looking at the communication patterns within a family and innovative ways to improve them. Hannah is skilled at "Reunification Therapy" and sees the importance for strengthening family systems through trust and attachment. 

Hannah also enjoys working with adults during seasons of depression and anxiety, grief, and trauma. Specifically, Hannah has a special interest in connecting with individuals who may struggle with various mood disorders. 

When not in our office, you will find Hannah with her children and husband at soccer games and swim-meets, playing in the backyard, or cooking and baking in the kitchen.

Dr. Marcy Webb

EdD, LPC-MHSP 

Marcy Webb completed a degree in Clinical Psychology from Wheaton Graduate School in 1995 and completed her EdD from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in Leadership and Learning in 2010. She is a licensed professional counselor (LPC-MSHP) with the state of Tennessee since 1998. She has many years of experience in working with families and clients with autism and other special needs. She has completed training on administering the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS-2) from Vanderbilt University’s Kennedy Center and has been doing autism assessments for over 10 years.

Dr. Webb is available to provide autism assessments at both of our locations.
