Exciting News!!!

We’re thrilled to share that Allison Battles has officially become a Therapeutic Game Master through Geek Therapeutics!

What does that mean?

It means we can now bring the power of role-playing games ( like Dungeons and Dragons ) directly into our work with kids and teens. In both small group settings and individual sessions. Therapeutic role-playing offers a fun, creative, and safe way for youth to:

Build and practice social skills

Develop teamwork and problem-solving abilities

Explore identity and self-expression

Reduce anxiety and stress through story and play

Work toward their personal therapeutic goals in an engaging, empowering format

Role -playing games provide more than adventure and imagination-they create opportunities for growth, connection, and healing. With this new certification, we’re excited to expand how we support kids and families in their journeys.
