Kaitlyn is a senior at Middle Tennessee State University, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a double minor in Arts and Mental Health Services. As a Creative Behavior Specialist, she is passionate about supporting children of all backgrounds through compassionate, individualized care.

Kaitlyn brings a unique blend of creativity and clinical insight to her work. Her interests include playing the trumpet and piano, 2D painting, mixed media, 3D printing, woodworking, and sculptural design. She also enjoys storytelling and imaginative play as a dedicated Dungeons & Dragons enthusiast — a passion that often informs her engaging, child-centered approach.

In addition to her academic and professional roles, Kaitlyn serves as a volunteer in the Bridge department at The Bridge Church, where she continues to foster inclusive, supportive environments for children and families.

Kaitlyn is committed to integrating creative expression with evidence-based practices to help children grow, connect, and thrive.
